I hadn't intended to ever post this story but the lovely kkaarlyy who is one of the tiny cohort of readers making their way through my original fic who actually comments (wow!) and she mentioned that she wanted to know more about Michael & Claire.
Although their story was in my head before any of the other stories in the Sierra Falls Horizons series, I wrote about them when I knew nothing about hockey except what I'd read in hockey romances (i.e. not much!) and well before I'd even thought of the Horizons. So when I started writing the Horizons series, I kind of reached back and pulled Michael and Claire into this world..
Even after I made the decision to post, I was still intending to hold back the majority of chapters because:
1. I intended to make a lot of edits to make to make it ok for sharing/posting and also to better reflect this story's place in the wider Horizons universe; and
2. I have a few other stories in the series to finish first haha.It turned out I didn't need to make quite as many changes as I thought and probably just needed to include the appropriate tagging, so I will post what I can
