Summary
Some people are called "feelingless". There are few and it's not really that they feel nothing, but more that their emotions are so slight that it's hard to grasp their meaning. If there's no remedy to this condition, there is a solution.
Feelingless people all have a destined person. Next to them, their feelings are as good as new and they can be normal, complete.But if, to them, it's their fated person, the opposite isn't true, which means they could access feelings, only to lose them later on.
