It didn’t really have a name, everyone just knew it as the Six Hundred and Sixty Sixth day.
Though, after some time, within the last few centuries actually, the younger population started referring to their retribution as a zombie apocalypse. Fitting in a way, with the more common variety of sinners acting like the average zombie and the infection itself spreading in the way humans began to write in their literature. But nevertheless, a severe understatement when the term was used for the more…unique, of their kind.
