-I think experienced loss atleast one time. Sometimes a friend and sometimes.... Family member. Well both of the trolls brothers loss important trolls in their lives. Sad for Ethan is that he felt it twice since Branch was too young when their parents died to remember them . Sadly both of brothers by this day going to have another family member less.-
"It was a sunny day at the troll tree. It was another half a year. Ethan get to end 7 years few month earlier and Branch was barely a week after his 5th birthday. They spend both of the parties alone only having each other and their grandma since they didn't really make any friends before but it wasn't a problem for them. Now there was a little battle in the room of siblings since they insisted on having room together despite one being empty. But now Ethan was fighting to brush Branch's hair since they were all over the place "
Oh come on Branch. This is just a brush. It's not going to hurt you. "He said with a smug smile chasing him through the room"
No way you always pull it too hard and it hurts my head "he said running away. He didn't know where to go since he was standing near the door" And they look better that way.
You wish. It looks like critter flied into it "he said with a laugh"
Ey!!! No they're not. Grandma says they are looking beautiful "he said angrily puffing his cheek"
"He actually laughted at his expression" Okay now I know what John Dory meant about baby squirrel face. "He said and continued to laugh"

Sorry Hahah sorry. Your face just looked funny this way "he said smiling" And this hair only made it funnier. Just look at the mirror Just look at the mirror "he said pointing at standing at the room mirror. Previously it was at room of their older brothers"
Okay I'll look but I don't know why- Ahhhhh! "He shouted looking at his reflection in the mirror. He couldn't believe that his hair were in so ugly state. And it was only a week since he last brushed them" Okay maybe I need brushing. "He said and sat before the mirror"
Great you finally realized it . I'll try to do it lightly. "He said. Grandma taugh him a little how to brush his hair so he tried it on Branch"
"He didn't really felt anything beside nice brushing on his hair bit then he squeaked when he felt stronger pull" Ouch! Ethan that hurt ! "He said angrily"
I'm sorry Branch. I didn't mean to pull it that hard "he said ashamed. Since others left and since he hear that Branch though that he hates him he really was trying to become responsible and more caring brother towards Bitty B. Sometimes it was better and sometimes he wasn that good. Okay coming back Ethan this time showed down a little and he started brushing a little more gently" That's better?
Yeah it is. Thank you "he said happily to Ethan. He didn't know what happened with him but Branch wasn't complaining. He liked that his brother cared about him" Couldn't you do this like that from the beginning. "He asked"
Hey I'm still learning. Not really used to brushing. Spruce helped me with mine before he left. "He said on dramatic way and continued brushing"
You really miss Spruce didn't you? You always talk about him like there is no tomorrow. I wanna puke when only hear his name bleh "he said with disgust" I mean I love him like every of our bros but why?
I was just always feel like he is the best. He was there always when I wanted to play . And always when I had a bad dream I would come to his bed and sleep in his room. "He said a little happy talking about him beside this bracelet that Spruce gave him that's when he felt he have him closer again"
You were his favourite didn't you? "he asked"
Maybe. I think you can say that , yeah. He really helped me at time of a sibling jealousy "he said with a chuckle"

Well I was jealous about all attention you got from the family. But Bruce helped me to understand that's just because you were easy to hurt and need to be protected . So that's what I'm going to do now. "He said proud"

Yeah yeah. "He said and did last brush move." Alright its not perfect but its better than before "he said nicely"

Alright then let's go . I think I left crayons and paper in the living room. "Ethan said and went to the doors"

I was drawing yesterday and forgot to took the rest with me "he said answering his question."
-After this both of the brothers took a quick walk to the living room and started their little drawing session. And it was going pretty smoothly-
What are you drawing Bitty B ? "He asked his brother since he saw he looked really focused on the drawing "
I'm drawing us with nana "he said happily showing him unfinished drawing"
Awww it's nice "he said to Branch to make him feel appreciated"
And what are you drawing? "Branch asked his bro"
I draw me feeding a puffalo. "He said showing his drawing" I always wanted to have one but grandma said I'm too young for one. "He said in dissapointed tone"
Who knows maybe one day she will let you "he said being positive"
Maybe "he said more neutral to this. He knew that grandma don't change her opinion that easily. He still remembered how she fought about his ears not being pierces"
-And when they asked then she came out of the bathroom-
Boys I'm going to hang up laundry. Want to come outside with me. "She asked both of her grandsons with nice tone. She loved to looks at them getting along. They were like a great duet this past few months and that was for the best"
I want to! "Branch said he raised his hand with enthusiasm. He really liked playing outside"
I think I'll stay. I need to finish this puffalo. "He said gently "
Alright boys suit yourself . Let's go Branch "she said and she took the youngest trolling with her"
***Outside of the pod***
"Grandma Rosiepuff came out of the pod and started hanging their laundry" Branch sweetie you can go play but please be careful. Okay?
Okay nana "he said happily and ran on the tree branch. When he was running he found some red flower. He didn't even hesitate and he picked it up" Alright its time to practice. "He said to himself. He didn't want to tell anyone about this but he was still feeling a little guilty that all of bros left that night. Się when he had occasions he was training his singing. He thought that maybe if he train he is going to make perfect harmony and that makes them back. He started singing"

"Well for his misfortune trolling got caught up in the singing. Because of that he didn't saw a big figure going in his direction"
"Grandma looked to check on her grandson and when she saw the Bergen going in his direction. She panicked started running " Branch watch out! Branch!
"Branch didn't hear her the first time and continue singing"🎶

"That was when he finally do his grandma running. And he got immediately frightened when he saw Bergen standing before him. He saw a big hand reaching for him"
Branch watch out! "grandma said and pushed her grandson which means she was the one that got grabbed"
"When Branch got pushed he had fallen from the tree branch and got bumped on some leaves and flowers until he didn't land on some leaves in the lower level of tree" GRANDMA! "he shouted scared and only thing he heard was his dear na shout but after few seconds.... Silence. Trolling started crying immediately. He felt terrible. First his brothers left and now his grandma got eaten... And it was both because of his singing. He felt like he is going to pass out from stress then he was blankly looking at the ground while crying while his color just.... faded completely"
***In the same time at home***
"Ethan was sitting at home drawing in the living room and got caught up in the moment. He wouldn't really saw something happening if not that he heard hid grandma shouting for Branch. This made him go out but he was too slow. When he got out of the house there was no one there. He got a little worried so he decided to search for them " Branch! Grandma! Where are you ! Come on , come out its not funny "he said while searching getting all worried and agitated" Please guys came here. I don't like that game "he said getting scared a little. He would probably start to panic if he didn't heard crying. That was the moment he realized something happened" Branch! Wait lil bro I'm coming "he said and started going down to the lower level of a troll tree. But he wasn't sure if he was happy with the view he saw. He immediately saw Branch. But he was different..... He was completely grey" B-B-Branch.... Branch what happened? Where is grandma? "He asked very stressed"
"Branch looked at his brother sniffling and having tears in his eyes" B-B-bergen took her.... "He said ashamed with himself"
W-What.... "He started being panicked" How this happened ?"he said being nervous"
I-I was singing at the branch and I didn't s-saw i-i-it coming. And he was about to catch and then grandma came and pushed me off from his hand. I'm sorry! "He said really apologetic to him. He was crying"
"Now Ethan got into panic-It happened again. I can't believe. It can't be truth- His eyes started to get teary and his breathing got heavy." No. Not again.... "He said in stress. He felt like trash. First he had to saw mom and dad dying, then his brothers left and now grandma also got eaten. When he looked at his hand he saw his colors also started fading away...-Ow great-He thought on sarcasm to himself."
It's all my fault . Because of me you getting Grey too "he said guilty and turned away from him"
"Ethan felt like there is nothing worth but then he looked at his younger brother. He needed his help. He was the one who got hurt. And he was the only one he had left. So from this day he made himself a promise-I'm going to protect him even if I have to get eaten for it. He found im himself new determination. He had to live. For his little bro. When he looked again he saw his hand was blue again- How did I? Nevermind it's not important-He thought and went to Branch"
Now you're going to leave too don't you. Don't worry... I'm already used to it "he said in a sad tone and then curled up and hide his face in his knees"
"Ethan only looked at him with sad eyes. He went near to him and got on one knee" Branch look at me "he said to him in aore stern tone"
"Little trolling got a little scared. Ethan never sounded serious. He got a little shaky bit slowly turned his back to him"
Good, good. Don't be scared. I'm not mad. And I'm not leaving. "He said putting hand on his arm"
You-You-You're not? "He asked with his eyes instantly tearing"
No I'm not. I'm staying. Someone have to care for you . And I'll do it. After all I'm a big boy now "well maybe big boy is too much to say but he didn't have any choice" No one will hurt you on my watch "he said confidently "
You p-promise "he said still a little shaky"
I'm giving you a pinky promise "he said reaching out with his hand and his little finger in the front"
"Branch only look at him with teary eyes and do the same thing . After they combined them a stream of light came across the tree. Well now someone going to know that promise was made. After this Branch looked at his brother and just hugged him. He was pretty much silent"
Alright buddy. Let's come home. We need to clean you up. You look like you were playing in the mud "he said and took his brother giving him a piggy back ride home"
-Well the rest of the day wasn't easy for both of the kids. Ethan didn't really have a break from Branch. He couldn't really leave Branch's side for a second because if he tried he would start crying and be scared so he had to resist him for the rest of the day. Atleast he managed to feed them with some PB&J sandwiches and get Branch to shower. He did many things to comfort him like hugs, stroking his hair, even funny faces which made him more occupied atleast for some time. It was only a glimpse and it was already a night time-
"He was reading a book he found at the bookshelf of his grandma. It was something about raising a kid. He knew he is not big enough himself but he knew he have to be more responsible. He now felt a little uneasy at his own home. It was never so quiet before" Alright it's enough for today. It's time to sleep "he said and then cover himself with a blanket and tried to sleep but then he felt someone tugged a blanket. When he turned he wasn't suprise that he saw Branch by his bed" Branch ? What happened?
I can't sleep "he said with sad eyes"
Well if it's going to make you feel better I can sing-
No! No singing please. They are going to hear us "he said terrified while covering his ears'
You mean Bergens? "He said puzzled. It's definitely a long road before him to get through and understand everything"
"Toddler only nodded his hand and looked at him with big eyes" Can I sleep in your bed tonight?
