   Summary

   Five years ago, the world ended.
   A deadly virus wiped out ninety-seven percent of the world population, humans eaten when lucky, and transformed into flesh-eating corpses when not.

   The very few survivors fight an unwinnable battle in an unforgiving world, where showers are rare and death awaits at every turn.
   It’s the Apocalypse, and Satoru is absolutely rocking this new lifestyle.
   Except—maybe he isn’t.

   Zombies are dumb creatures, malleable, and easily controllable. They stink, and follow an unhealthy diet.
   Suguru knows everything there is to know about zombies.
   Except—maybe he doesn’t.

   When unfortunate circumstances bring them together, Satoru and Suguru have to disrupt everything they thought they knew to keep their little group alive and kicking. And that is no easy task when the universe takes a liking into sending you its roughest battles. First: do not get your brains eaten during your sleep; second: resist freezing to death; and third, maybe the most dreaded challenge of all: keep up with tweens during the Apocalypse.
