    Realistically speaking, neither Peter nor Regulus were made of the material to stand against the former Dark Lord, even if he was currently nothing but a shade.
    They weren’t geniuses like Siri or Potter (the older); they weren’t particularly brave either, not to mention their dubious moral integrity.
    He hadn’t feared the Dark Lord when he had walked into that cave, nor when he was imprisoned by the man. But he had wanted to die back then. And now, with his newfound purpose in life... he wanted to survive. And so maybe it was only natural that he feared what was to come.
