Summary
Jason Todd is dead. In the aftermath of rebirth, he finds himself lost and alone on the streets of Gotham City. With a hunger for vengeance, Jason turns to the Red Fangs, a gang ruling over Gotham's dark underbelly. Gaining the Red Fang's trust would be an indispensable tool, but the work proves tumultuous. Jason doesn't mind the violence, but he does mind his client:
Evangeline Stryker is dying. Not really- but the chains of the Red Fangs are tight, and the mansion walls are closing in. She loves the power of being the heir to the Red Fang empire, it's the protection and unnecessary coddling that really drives her nuts. So when her daddy forces a bodyguard onto her already overflowing plate, Evangeline isn't happy. She'll find a way to get rid of him, it's the Red Fang way: "Conquer or Die."
