Summary
This is a rewrite of my fic DC: Symbol's Rising. I'm not happy with how it ended up, so this is a do-over. I actually have vision and direction for it now, so DC: Symbol of Dread should fare a lot better in my heart.
As can be seen in the tags, this work is primarily wish-fulfillment. Still, I'll do everything in my capacity to actually make it a good story.
Actual Summary:
A dead man is requested to test out a higher being's pet project—that project being a leveling system. To that end, he is sent to a universe of his choosing and is made to take it over for his benefactor. He is 'spawned' in Gotham to begin his mission for power and conquest, along the way being granted the Quirk known as One for All to help him get started. -

The story follows four main arcs (both romantic and personal): Robin & Starfire, Kid Flash & Jinx, a complicated love square between Beast Boy and Raven, and Roy Harper’s journey. While other characters and ships will have their moments, these are the core focuses, and endgame ships are already set.
This is a long, evolving story, with tags added as they become relevant. It’s also a rewritten and much more developed version of my original fic from FanFiction.net.
