Summary
Hope Shaffer is a young transgender omega from a wealthy pack family, waiting for her Prince Charming. Elizabeth Hawkins is an alpha who appears to be everything Hope should want. She has tech money, is an ethical altruist, and cares about the suffering of animals so much she doesn’t even eat meat. There is the minor detail that Hope isn’t attracted to women, but… well, they’re still an omega and an alpha, and Elizabeth is plenty attracted to her.
Their packs arrange for the two to be mated as part of a larger business agreement, and Hope tries to make the most of it. Elizabeth, however, is not the sweet, safe protector that Hope has been trained from designation to assume her bonded alpha will be. Actually, she seems to be a sadistic maniac, and Hope is going to learn very quickly how little power she actually has as Elizabeth crosses every boundary imaginable and Hope’s body and societal conditioning betray her at every step.
Do not expect a happy ending, nor for the good to be found within this nightmare. This is a story about abuse, both personal and systemic, and a dark kink fantasy reclaiming many of the worst experiences of its authors.
