Chapter Text

Fritz hopped around excitedly, a bag on his back as Susie and Evan followed behind him. They all separated around half and hour ago, grabbing backpacks from the lost and found as they went their separate ways. Fritz scavenged some pillows and stuff like sticks and a camera; Evan instead grabbed some plushies and blankets he found. Susie went another direction with scavenging- deciding to hijack snack machines, her bag was now filled with food. She also has been deactivating the wet floor bots along the way, all of them pausing their journey just so Susie could shut them down.

'They must feel so tired from being on all the time!'

She reasoned with a big pout, so they ended up sending a message to the other group as well to shut them down so that she could be happy.

Currently they were finally on their way to Foxy's log ride, Fritz excited more than ever. A Foxy ride? Hell yeah! He wanted to see what it was like, the pizzeria didn't even have games dedicated to the characters, so a Foxy only place was a dream. They passed by the roller-rink originally for them, Susie and Evan pausing for a minute to stare at the broken screen with their ad.

It was them, but in the 'Freddy and Friends on Tour' designs from back in the 80s, only with their new outfits on and the addition of Fredbear and SpringBonnie. The video flashed by, saying things along the lines of 'Your new best friend! You'll never be alone, they can play, laugh, dance, skate and even cry if you cry, tuning in with your emotions! They will be your best friends for life!'

"That's creepy. I wouldn't want an animatronic crying with me, that's too much"

The rabbit scrunched his face up, Susie agreeing as she cringed back as well. As much as they loved these new animatronic ideas compared to the old ones, that idea of an animatronic being so human-like that they could cry was creepy to them both.

Fritz then suddenly appeared, his arms around them as he hopped happily smiling as he shook them both.

"Aye! What we be stallin' for? FOXY RIDE IS NEAR!"

Fritz said excitedly, shaking the two as Susie giggled, before she grabbed Fritz's hand and spun around with him, chanting 'Foxy ride Foxy ride! We about to go on the Foxy ride!'. Evan sighed, looking at the two fondly, before going to join them. Just before he regrouped, his feet hit something on the ground, pausing and looking at it.

It looked like some sort of wind up toy, white in colour with four legs and a cymbal. Evan raised an eyebrow as he bent over to pick it up, turning it around curiously. He gave it a slight poke, jolting when it started to shake and move before he quickly smacked it in panic.

"EVANNNN! You coming?"

Susie yelled out as Evan finally got the thing to stop, shoving it in his bag without thinking as he yelled ‘coming!’ With a cracked voice. Soon they arrived and Fritz looked at the big doors, a sign that said 'UNDER CONSTRUCTION', but Fritz ignored it and slammed the doors open, squealing in excitement.

"FOXY RIIIIIIIIIDE!!!!"

Fritz yelled, running inside as Susie squealed as well, following suit. Evan just looked around nervously, clutching his bag's straps before following them as well. He was still anxious about leaving Cassidy alone, but now he was even more nervous with this ride. He watched the two hop onto the log cart, scratching his cheek nervously.

"Guys are we sure we should ride this…? It might be unsafe"

Susie looked over at Evan while Fritz was busy being excited and looking at the paint gun in front of him. She sat over the ride, making it shake slightly and the mucky water under them splash.

"Aw, don't be so worried Ev!! Its just for fun, and if it doesn't start up I promise we all will get off and leave!"

Her cheery smile calmed Evan's anxiety slightly, smiling back softly. She reminded him of Elizabeth every time, and his imaginary heart ached whenever he saw the resemblance. He sighed, caving in and joining the two on the ride.

Once they all got seated, the machine actually started, making everyone jolt slightly. Double doors opened, all the three kids being led down the river as Fritz squealed, grabbing onto the paint gun. Evan looked his own paint gun nervously, before noticing Susie beside him with big ol' eyes. He sighed, nodding with a smile as he switched seats with her, the chicken now squealing the same as Fritz. It was a two seater ride, so Evan didn't have his own gun, but he didn't mind it.

"Yah-har-arg! Ahoy to Cap'n Foxy's log ride lass 'n lassies!"

Foxy's character voice echoed through the tunnels, Susie and Fritz gasped and squealing as they both hugged Evan in excitement, chorus of 'OH MY GOSH ITS FOXY!' being the only things the golden rabbit could hear through his ears.

"Today, Yer cap'n got into a slight issue- the sea be against me! So dis cap'n needs ye all t' destroy the evil sea creatures along wit' me! Use the canons I provide ye t' shoot 'em down me mateys! Charge ahead!"

Foxy's narration ended as the Fox-Chicken duo started to shoot down the light up boards with different fish creatures on it. Susie laughed, standing on the ride as she started to shoot down the boards, cheering as she high-fives Fritz, who was absolutely locked in with hitting them all.

"Evan you're totally missing out on the fun! Wanna use mine for a bit?"

Susie offered, but the golden rabbit shook his head, reeling back slightly from the paint gun. The only memory he has of these stuff was Micheal targeting him once he got that as a Christmas gift, he had to throw out SO MANY shirts of his.

"No thanks, I was never good at gun games."

He said politely and meekly, Susie nodding as she went back to her shooting game. Fritz cheered, cackling manically like back in the van as he shot everything down, at this point not even aiming with all the excitement in him. He was moving side to side, making the ride shake.

"WOOO! THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!"

Fritz cheered excitedly, Evan trying to make him sit down with a nervous smile with the way it was moving. Fritz ended up grabbing him by the neck, making Evan go 'oof' as he was head locked by the fox.

"Calm yer hieny down! I'm Capt'in Foxy! Teh sea be my domain!"

Fritz cheered as Evan gave up his reasoning, sighing and patting his arm as the ride shook side to side again. Susie giggled at the two boys, before looking ahead- her smile dropped slightly as she stared at a… was that a bunny? She was a white one, with a blue bow tie and red eyes, standing on one of the platforms.

She waved at Susie, and she had an… odd sense of deja-vu. She smiled nervously, waving back, feeling her systems racing slightly. She nudged Evan's head, catching both the boys' attention as she didn't move her eyes away from the bunny.

"Hey so, did Foxy ever had a white rabbit lady in his stories?"

She asked the two, the both of them looking up and blinking at the white rabbit. All their furs stood up as they felt that uncomfortable feeling Susie had, moving slowly as they stared at her. The Rabbit lady just kept waving, a small giggle echoing through the attraction. She was… too fluid for an animatronic..

"… Last I remember no… no he doesn't…"

Fritz said, aiming his paint gun at the white bunny. The white bunny tilted her head, before she held up a remote with a red button. She pressed on it, before the whole ride attraction flashed with red lights.

"WARNING! CLEANSE BUTTON PRESSED, ANY RIDES ON THE RIVER WILL BE REMOVED IN FIVE.."

"What the-"

Fritz said as he looked around, everything around them shutting off with the count down. When he looked back to the platform, the rabbit lady was now gone; making his eyes widen as he looked at the other three who were equally as confused.

"…ONE- RIVER GOING TO MAX SPEED"

The narration said as the ride suddenly sped up, making all of them scream as they went down the ride. Evan held onto the front while Susie and Fritz held on to the side, looking around in panic. Whoever that person was, they were clearly not friendly, making the ride speed off. They passed through different platforms and cardboard enemies, and nearing a gate that was a waterfall, extra log rides falling to the abyss.

Evan looked around nervously, his digital system scanning around before noticing a large cardboard cutout that was hanging loosely- one paintball hit will bring it down. They might crash into it, but its better than the abyss.

"Guys! Hit the board!"

Evan called out, pointing to it and just then Fritz quickly aimed at the string and hit it once, making it fall down and blocking the gate. Evan grabbed both Fritz and Susie, holding them and trying to shield them; Fritz did the same as he put his arm above them, bracing for the crash. Susie instead quickly looked around before noticing a button on a wall with several paint splotches on it, squirming away to her paint gun. She grabbed the gun, her eyes squinting as she focused and aimed at it, hitting it and making the system flashed red again, narration echoing.

"SYSTEM SHUTTING DOWN…"

The ride immediately stopped there, the harsh currents no longer influencing the ride connected on rails. All the kids sighed in relief, leaning back with a plop as they let their systems cool down after all that.

"I can see why this wasn't finished…"

Susie mumbled. Once they got off the ride, Evan immediately messaged the others in the system about this white bunny lady. He looked at both Fritz and Susie, Fritz patting her back and using one of the towels he scavenged to help wipe down any water from her. Evan looked over at them, walking up to them after he finished sending the message.

"You guys okay?"

He asked, patting Susie's back as well as the two of them looked up at him, nodding. Susie gave a small smile, nodding. She was trying to look bright like usual, but that interaction clearly set her slightly off.

"Yeah! We're fine, Fritz is just sad the ride ended"

She said lightly about the fox, who huffed and scratched his chin with his hook. He was a bit quiet, not complaining or speaking loudly like usual, also ruffled by that encounter.

"Eh, tis fine. Got teh enjoy it a bit. But that lady…"

Fritz's lips were pursed, and Susie's smile dropped slightly looking away. Evan frowned, knowing what they meant. That lady… she gave off a familiar vibe. She reminded him of…

He shuddered. No, not him. It can't be him, they'd all feel his soul if he was. Cassidy made sure he suffered until she was satisfied, made sure he went to where he deserved. It can't be him. He WON'T let it be him. He quickly rubbed his eyes, refusing any tears to appear as he gave a lopsided smile at the two of them, comforting them

"Hey… it'll be alright, I'm sure she's just some animatronic thats bitter about being left out"

Evan said, Fritz and Susie looking at each other and nodding with a smile. They might not have realized the connection, good. They don't need to worry about him without any confirmation.

Fritz watched Susie and Evan chat, his hand still on Susie's back before he paused- hearing mechanical whirring. While the two were busy, he slowly turned around, his systems whirring loudly and his ears pulling back; the staff bots were back, but they were even more destroyed, dark, and nightmarish.

"Uhm… guys…?"

He poked them, the other two looking back as well as the staff bots' shadow loomed over. Their white eyes blinked, flickering before screeching at them.

"WOOO Bonnie Bowl!"

Jeremy said excitedly as he looked at the entrance, rushing in and hopping over the rubble. Gabriel sighed, toggling off his V.A.N.N.I vision once he deactivated the floor bot, Charlie following behind him.

"Don't mess around too much, we still need to scavenge"

Gabriel said, Charlie beside him fixing her bag as Jeremy excitedly looked around and at all the lanes. He scoffed playfully, raising an eyebrow as he looked over to Gabriel.

"Yeah? Excuse you, you were the one who was excited when we went to Fazer blast"

Jeremy teased, Charlie giggling as Gabriel cleared his throat, feeling embarrassed. His system heated up slightly from the statement; he might have been fan-boying over the fact Freddy's area was similar to aliens and space, one of his favorite genres, and immediately rushed in without a thought.

"They mixed two of my favorite things, I was just observing if they did it justice"

He said, Jeremy walking over to put an arm around him, making the bear yelp. The bunny had a playful grin, and ruffling the fur on his head- making his top hat fall.

"Yeah yeah you nerd, I know you like space and tech stuff"

He said as Gabriel protested, trying to get out his grip. Charlie decided to ignore the two boys and hop over to look at the area. She looked at the ruined broken Bonnie sign, tilting her head. She wondered what happened to Bonnie, clearly there had to be one. Foxy's attraction was never finished because Foxy's animatronic didn't work, but Bonnie's attraction said nothing of the sort. While she was thinking, she looked over to another wet floor bot.

All of them were deactivating them while on their little journey, as per Susie's request. For some reason, these guys were the only things on around here, even the staff bots were either laggy or broken. But Charlie didn't question it, skipping over to the little guy and toggling on her V.A.N.N.I vision. There there, time to rest.

The little guy's flickered and finally deactivated, making Charlie smile more as she toggled off the digital world again. Just then one of the bowling lanes' opened up, making everyone quiet down and stare at the newfound entrance. Gabriel grabbed his hat, him and Jeremy walked up next to Charlie in curiosity.

"… I don't think we should go there-"

"We are totally going in there"

Jeremy interrupted Gabriel, making the bear more nervous as he tried to make Jeremy stop, but he didn't care as he walked down the lane. Charlie looked at Gabriel and shrugged, following Jeremy. Gabriel gave in, sighing as he fixed his backpack, mumbling something about his respect as a leader before he walked in.

The three walked down the lane, Gabriel nervously fiddling his bag while Charlie and Jeremy treated it as an adventure. They walked through a hole in the wall, hunching down the cracks and finally ending up in front of some crates.

Gabriel went first, oddly- the others wanted him to be more confident, apparently; but he thinks the two are just teasing him. Hopping over the crates he landed onto the ground with a sigh, looking up and facing a wet floor sign. Weird… how did these guys get back here? He looked over the corner, before pausing, his eyes widened.

"Uh… Hey Remy? You might wanna prepare yourself for this…"

Gabriel said slowly, Charlie blinking and peaking over as well before her pupils shrinking. She stood straight up- clutching her bag straps, staring while Jeremy made his way as well.

"Prepared? For what, is there someone I gotta swing at-"

Jeremy said before pausing, his hands falling to his side as he stood in the middle, his eyes widened as well.

In front of them was a Bonnie animatronic- electric blue, 80s style and clearly broken. A smashed bowling bowl was cracked beside him, and 4 other wet floor signs around it. Jeremy slowly walked up to him, blinking as he held out a paw hesitantly.

"What… happened…?"

Gabriel walked past him, making Jeremy pull his hand back as Gabriel looked at the animatronic, assessing him. Charlie joined beside him, opening her stomach hatch as she offered Gabriel a manual. Gabriel blinked as he took it from her, looking at the pages of different animatronics.

He flipped to the page of the main band, slightly distracted by them. The alligator was known as Montgomery, Chica was Chica, the wolf was Roxy, and for a minute he marveled at the Freddy design before Charlie nudged him.

He finally found the 'Glamrock Bonnie' page, a stamp above it saying 'DECOMMISSIONED' but he ignored that.

"Okay… soooo I'll try and see what I can do with this guy… but no promises that he will activate- I only remember how my dad fixed the animatronics back in the 80s, this guy is WAYY too advanced, the manual is my only to go"

He explained before getting the toolkit from Charlie, trying to figure out the wiring. Jeremy trusted Gabriel… at least a little bit. Gabriel was the smartest out of them all, he could literally follow any instruction and he knew everything about their robot bodies back in the 90s.

But he was still a kid.

Like the rest of them…

Jeremy sat next to them, hesitantly looking at the Bonnie. He was a bit a nervous, after all no kid like to see their idol broken down. His hand reach out to gently touch the Bonnie's smooth metal arm, feeling the cool metal. He wondered how he was like, in the day, with kids around him… he felt his heart (well… lack of) ache in sadness for the rabbit, his face turning into a frown.

Suddenly, a shock went through his body, making the code go through his eyes again. He quickly shook his head, holding his head as he grunted, feeling dizzy. Well… that was weird. Wonder what that did.

"Hello?"

Jeremy paused, his head whipping side to side, trying to see who spoke to him. Gabriel was still busy trying to fix up Bonnie, Charlie beside him giving him tools. So its clearly not them, can't be them since they're busy. He exhaled, rubbing his eyes.

"What the fazballs?"

"Language"

Jeremy quickly looked around again, confused as he pulled his ears. Is he going insane?! who's talking????

"What the heck who's there?! Am I actually crazy?!"

"I'm connected to your system I'm pretty sure, sorry about that. I'm Glamrock Bonnie, the rabbit on the floor"

Jeremy calmed down as he opened his system, opening a panel. The label saying 'Mars Bonnie Ai personality chip' said as usual: 'ERROR' since he's possessing this body, but now there was another sentence. It said 'BONNIE VERSION 4.8.1 CONNECTION SECURED.'

"Seems like our systems can be connected hopstar"

Bonnie- wait… he hasn't even processed it. Bonnie THE Bunny is speaking to him- his favorite animatronic is speaking to him! Not like a possessed soul- he hoped- but the bunny himself! All he remembered from Gabriel's yap session from the van drive was that AI basically gave the robots personality and let them speak without some person possessing them, so he was ACTUALLY TALKING TO BONNIE!! AND HE CALLED HIM HOPSTAR!

OK Jeremy, be cool. Be cool Jeremy, its your idol you can't sound lame- he patted his cheeks as he took a deep breath, crossing his arms. Be cooool, super cool…

"Oh, that's cool. Cool.. cool cool cool"

Jeremy said, and he could hear a small chuckle from Bonnie. Just then Gabriel groaned out loudly, gripping the fur on his head as he stared down at the Bonnie. His arms flailed around, Charlie moved away to not get hit.

"WHAT IS THIS BODY?? The 80s never had this many wires! And what the heck is a Lock, Override, Layered system??? That's the only thing I turned on!"

Gabriel said as Jeremy put his arms down, leaning over to look at the body himself. Oh wow- that IS many wires. He wondered if they had that many wires… it sort of made him nervous.

"Wait- what are you guys doing?"

"Trying to fix you up. If you didn't know the pizzaplex is destroyed so…"

Jeremy shrugged, and he could feel him thinking.

"The pizzaplex is-"

Bonnie paused again, Jeremy tilting his head. Huh, so he didn't know.

"Nevermind. That's…. oddly kind of you guys to fix little old me up"

"It's no issue. Honestly Gabriel likes inspecting tech, but I think he actually wants to see you work"

Jeremy snorted, watching Gabriel crash out as he held a bunch of wires in his hands, eyes squinting. Bonnie chuckled as well in his head, finding it amusing as he watched through Jeremy's eyes at how Gabriel struggled.

"Hmm… I'm pretty sure I have some knowledge about myself. Peer into my body, I'll guide you guys on what to do"

Jeremy perked up at that, moving to shift beside Gabriel as he looked into the body. Both Charlie and Gabriel looked at him in confusion. Jeremy stared back at them, blinking, before realizing he hasn't told them yet.

"Oh yeah, I somehow connected to the Bonnie ai so he's now gonna give us instructions on what to do"

Gabriel looked at him in confusion, tilting his head- Charlie instead gave thumbs up, immediately accepting that with no qualms. Gabriel sighed, deflating at the way no one questioned it.

"Fine, lets get started"

With Jeremy instructing them, Gabriel doing the working and Charlie handing the tools, they got Bonnie finally starting up. All three of them looked down at him, Glamrock Bonnie's eyes flickering as his system rebooted, and he grunted slightly as his consciousness came back.

"Eugh.. God that was so fu-"

He paused, starting at three plush-robotics who had big, wide eyes that sparkled and a face of awe. They were much smaller than he thought holy crap.

"-aaaazing bad. That was very faz-ing bad"

He corrected himself, sitting up. The little animatronics looked at him like he was some sort of unreal thing, and for a minute he swore they looked like little children. He blinked, rubbing his eyes. Must be his system messing with him.

The mini him walked up to him, his paws fiddling as he looked around nervously. His plush ears flopped a bit, his feet shuffling as well and Bonnie couldn't help the feeling of cuteness aggression and a weird instinct to protect him growing inside him.

"Uhm… Hi Bonnie.. I'm uh- Jeremy... You've been my favorite for a while…"

He mumbled, the mini Freddy (Oh my Faz, his little tophat?? SO CUTE!) snorting in amusement before mini-him- er… Jeremy punched his shoulder. The animatronic beside them (Oh my gosh that big bow behind her neck?? Gosh he just want to eat them up!!) also stood up, giggling and poking Jeremy who's system heated in embarrassment and covered his eyes with his ears.

Bonnie smiled softly, his hands going to pat Jeremy's head lightly. He didn't know why he went by that, considering his system said his name was 'Mars Bonnie', but he didn't want to question it. If he went by that, he'll use it.

"It's nice to meet you, I'm honored to be your favorite little hopstar."

Jeremy peered from under his ears, staring at him with wide and sparkling eyes, like the children back when he was on stage. Right then the mini-Freddy, or 'Jupiter Freddy' and the animatronic that he read as 'Saturn Puppet' squished the smaller bunny as they appeared from both sides of him. Both of looked at him with bright smiles, excited- taking the attention off Jeremy

"Hi! I'm Gabriel! That's Charlie, she doesn't say much"

Gabriel said as he waved excitedly,Charlie nodding as well before Jeremy pushed them off, his fur spiking up like an angry kitten as he ran up to hug his arm, and oh my god the little one was fluffy he wants to just hold him up like a cat and shake him around-

"Hey! He's my favorite! You guys meet your own favorites!"

He said, hiding behind Bonnie's scraped blue arm as he blew a raspberry at the others. The two sort of looked like a bunny with it's baby huddled next to it, and it made Gabriel snort in amusement while Charlie looked away to hide a giggle. Bonnie smiled at the three of them, before looking down at the spiked up Jeremy.

"Hey, calm down now. No need to be so upset, I'm here to be friends with everyone, and what you did wasn't very nice"

He immediately switched to teaching mode, as if his programming recognized them as kids. Jeremy's ears lowered, looking away as Bonnie felt slightly guilty at the sad expression he had- but a lesson is still a lesson.

"I'm sorry.."

He mumbled, the other two walking up to Bonnie and sitting around him, feeling their fluffy bodies leaning against him and it make his adorable meter rise again, but he focused on the lesson instead of the fact he wanted to scoop them up and squish them.

"Not me hopstar, your friends"

He said, his voice gentle. Jeremy looked at the two, before puffing up his cheeks. Gabriel gave a smug look,Charlie looking over to stare at him expectantly. Jeremy sighed, swallowing his pride as he looked at the three, unamused. He can't disappoint his idol.

"I'm… sorry."

He sighed out, making Gabriel laugh and Charlie giggle. Gabriel moved over to poke Jeremy's cheek playfully, cooing at him.

"Awww you are? That's soooooo sweet, I totally forgive you Jer-Jer"

He made kissy faces at him, Charlie joining in and making kissy faces on the other side of Jeremy. Jeremy's system heated up slightly in embarrassment as he pushed them aside. UGH! He must look so lame now because of these guys!

"Shut up! You guys suck!"

Gabriel and Charlie just fell over, laughs and giggles filling the room as Bonnie felt a small smile creeping on his face. The nostalgia of his performing days hit him again- it was like he was at a party, watching the kids excitedly talk over him and playfully fight around him- Freddy always had to find a way to help him out from the crowd.

Suddenly the plush-animatronics paused, a message that Bonnie couldn't see in their system. Gabriel raised an eyebrow, before looking at Bonnie.

"Hey, did you guys ever had a white rabbit lady around here?"

Bonnie raised an eyebrow, shaking his head as he leaned back.

"No… not that I remember"

He said, thinking quietly. He wonders… did he get replaced while he was decommissioned? No… he wouldn't right? I mean, he knows he probably got switched for Monty in the band because its always for 4, but his character wouldn't just be retconned- no one would let that happen.

Unless… they did rectcon him? What if he did get replaced, Chica and Roxy might have been excited with a new girl to the group, Monty would probably mess with her like he did with him- and Freddy… Would he enjoy her company? Maybe they did parties together, like how they both did. Maybe… no… did he like her better than hi-

His system suddenly lagged, his body overheating as the characters around him quickly looked at him, asking him if he was okay. He quickly got control of his system, holding his head.

"I'm okay! I'm okay! Just a system error…"

He sucked a sharp breath. That was weird, he never lagged like that before, he felt this bubbling rage of anxiousness or something along those lines; weird. He hoped that didn't happen again. Gabriel then got up, stretching his back.

"Alright! Time to get up and going! The others must be waiting, can you walk Mr. Bonnie?"

He looked over to Bonnie. Bonnie looked at himself, and then opened his system panel; he was on low power, and due to a malfunction bug from before his legs always got weaker from low power- now because of the damage it was even worse.

"Nope, no can do kid. My legs are horrendous, unless I crawl to a charging station I don't think I can"

He chuckled, before Charlie stared at him. She blinked, before whispering words against her right hand. Bonnie raised an eyebrow in confusion as the puppet's hand glowed a soft white, putting it against his body.

Bonnie's system glitched again, his body shaking as he felt the weird power going through his circuits. He gasped once Charlie removed her hand, sitting upright as he blinked. His battery was a gold color instead of the usual electric blue, and he could move his legs again.

"H…huh? What- what did you do??"

He looked at the puppet girl, who tilted her head as she put her hand on his arm. Jeremy looked up at him, blinking.

"She put a bit of remnant energy in your body. Usually it would have a… bad consequence…"

Jeremy decided not to mention the dead kids thing to him, not wanting to freak or scare his idol away as he looked aside.

"…But she learned a way to make it into some sort of energy a while ago, so your system doesn't need power to run off"

Jeremy had forgotten about that. When they got into their new bodies, Charlie was messing with her ghostly powers, and found a way to use them differently, like how Cassidy used her power to mentally torture Afton. She could now calm human or animatronic bodies down, heal minor injuries and use remnant in a way that overrides the robot system.

Bonnie blinked, wanting to ask more questions before hearing the shriek outside. All the little ones perked up, before getting up and helping Bonnie up. Gabriel ushered them all out the lane, and to the corridor as they watched Fritz running (or skating, since his roller skates were out) with Evan and Susie on his back, screaming. Behind them were a whole gaggle of nightmare staff bots, screeching loudly before Jeremy and Gabriel screamed and grabbed Charlie.

"RUNNN!!!!!"

They said, Bonnie's eyes widening as he ushered the fox, chicken and golden bunny before running behind them too. God, whatever this remnant thing was it gave him so much energy, way better than the charging stations. All of them dodged along the way, Bonnie scooping them up one by one as he ran much faster than them, the kids clinging onto the rabbit and trying not to look back. Some even sat in the stomach hatch he just opened up.

"To the van! It's at the entrance!"

The mini-Chica said as he hopped through the obstacles, trying to navigate with his one good eye before noticing a long wire connected to a stiff wall that fell over the balcony, to the ground floor. This might be risky, but they had no choice.

"Okay kids! Hang on tight, don't fall!"

He said to the kids, who looked at one another but trusted the rabbit as they held on. Bonnie closed his stomach hatch and then jumped over the balcony, extending his hand as he grabbed onto the long wire and swinging on it while the nightmare bots fell to the ground, crashing and shutting down. Bonnie held the kids close, his artificial breathing labored and systems heating up slowly, before exhaling once he saw nightmare bots eyes flicker and turn off.

"Well.. that was faz-ing horrific"

He deadpanned, making the kids giggle before he slid down the wire slowly. He put the kids down and then opened his stomach hatch, the golden rabbit and puppet girl hopping out. The golden bunny coughed out some dust, hitting his chest as he grimaced.

"God that was worse than the closets Micheal locked me in.."

He rasped out, kneeling over and holding his stomach as Charlie walked over and put her glowing hand on his back, the mini-foxy cackling at him and pointing his hook.

"Hah! Weakling!"

The fox said before a golden Glamrock Freddy plush was thrown at him, making him yelp. Bonnie looked at the kid guiltily, laughing nervously.

"Ah- sorry kid. its been a while since I've been deep cleaned…"

He said, twiddling with his fingers as Jeremy walked over him, waving his hand in dismissal as he crossed his arm.

"Nah he'll be fine, he's just dramatic"

Jeremy said as he picked up the plush, a smug look on his face as the other bunny blew a raspberry at him, Jeremy happily blew one right back at him. Bonnie chuckled at the the two, his hand on his hips.

"Sooo… who are the rest of your friends?"

Bonnie asked lightly, Gabriel walking up beside him with mini-Chica as he dusted himself off and fixed his magnetic glasses.

"The golden bunny is Evan, the fox is Fritz, and this here is Susie"

The brown bear said, patting Susie on the head which made the chicken preen happily, and now Bonnie felt that cuteness aggression and protective instinct rising back up, a hand on his mouth to hide the growing smile. They were so small… he wondered what Fazbear Entertainment was planning to make them do in the pizzaplex.

"Well its very nice to meet you all, I'm Glamrock Bonnie"

He waved at them, now Fritz, Susie and Evan's turn to look at him with sparkling eyes. They rushed up to him, hopping on their feet as they excitedly chattered. Susie and Fritz were the first ones at his feet, excitedly asking questions

"Oh my gosh! You're real!" "Aye what it be like with Capt'n Foxy?" "Do you like carrots or hate them like the show?" "Is Foxy really yer best fren?" "what's Chica like does she actually like pizza a lot or is it just a joke?"

Bonnie laughed at all the questions, patting their heads as he smiled; once more he was reminded of being back on stage, and having the children ask him so many things. Jeremy beside him smiled smugly, his arms crossed and looking proud as he thought 'Now they get why Bonnie is the best character'. What? they have arguments over it, its nice to know you're right once a while.

"Whoa there hopstars! Too many question for this old noggin, how about we reel it back and I'll answer when I'm all good hm?"

He said lightly to the kids, Susie and Fritz whining before eventually accepting that. Evan was instead behind them, shuffling nervously as he held the plushie he got back from Jeremy. He was still a bit nervous around animatronics, considering his nightmares, but he still was curious. Bonnie smiled at him softly, his systems shifting to a gentler mode made to interact with shyer children as he knelt down, extending a hand.

"Hey there little hopstar, don't worry this bunny doesn't bite"

He tried to make a joke, but the golden rabbit flinched when he mentioned 'bite'. Although, he did end up walking to him, putting his smaller paw onto Bonnie's bigger one. Bonnie's vision flickered again, seeing a child's hand instead of a paw before flickering back. Just then the little golden bunny quickly retracted his hand, feeling a bit more anxious as he moved backwards. Glamrock Bonnie stared at him, blinking before shaking his head. Must be his system messing up again- he should comfort the kid.

"You have a nice plush there. You know Glamrock Freddy is one of my bestest buds"

He pointed to the bear plush, Evan looking at him and blinking. Bonnie then remembered, pulling out a small photo from his hatch that was put onto the side, showing it to him as all the kids soon huddled up together in curiosity.

The photo was of him and Freddy, cake smashed all over their faces as they were both laughing, frosting on their casing.

"This was us on our first day. Let me tell you, I was supposed to bring the cake- and then suddenly everything fell apart. I tripped and ended up smashing the cake onto Freddy's face and spill it alllll on the children"

The little animatronics giggled, looking at one another and covering their mouths to hide their smiles. Bonnie smiled, before continuing on, his thumb gently grazing the picture as memories flashed before his eyes.

"Freddy wasn't mad though, he made it into a silly joke where the kids laughed at, and soon I was covered in cake too- it was a mess of a party, and the parents were angry, but it was worth it"

He said lightly, before putting the photo back and grinning at the giggly kids. He then got back up, stretching as the golden bunny finally relaxed, his face in a smile.

"Sounds like you guys are close"

His mouth was curved up, his ears flopping; Bonnie softened even more as he thought of all his best friends, his eyes closed as he exhaled. God, how he missed everyone.

"… yeah.. yeah we were."

He said, looking off into the distance. A few beats of silence passed before everyone just stopped chattering, even Bonnie as they heard a shuffle. Bonnie's robotic ears moved up, most of his enhanced hearing sensors working as he carefully tried to figure out who was there, shifting in front of the kids.

"…Everyone, in the van now."

He said lowly as no one questioned him, running into the van and Fritz starting it up. Bonnie squinted his eyes, peering into the darkness, before two red eyes peering back at him. A white rabbit lady, just like the kids mentioned earlier.

"Are you having fun yet?"

Her voice said, distorted as Bonnie's pupils shrunk, his vision static-y as he was frozen in place. He couldn't hear anything, his eyes flickering to purple and back to his magenta. He then suddenly heard the shouts of the kids, snapping out of it with a shake of his head and quickly turned around, hopping in the van; Fritz started to backtrack the vehicle to the best of his abilities (more dents were put onto the car) and started driving the van away from the pizzaplex, leaving the white rabbit to stare at the van, before she turned on her walkie-talkie, mumbling into it.

"They're going straight ahead. Catch them."

-

Bonnie rubbed his head, feeling a bit disoriented. That line… it was so familiar, but the voice was different. Bonnie shook his head, getting his consciousness back from all the bumps on the road before realizing that two of the kids were driving, his children safety protocols suddenly alert.

"Hey- aren't you guys too young-"

"Bonnie I be respecting ye, but trust tis Capt'in he be knowing what he doin"

Fritz swatted Bonnie's hand away before he could even speak- knowing what he was going to say, which made Bonnie want to protest even more; but Gabriel just put a hand on his shoulder, shaking his head as if telling him it was no use. Bonnie then gave up with a sigh, flopping down behind the driver's seat. He looked over to see the slumped over Uranus Fredbear, raising an eyebrow as he looked at the others.

"That's Cassidy. Don't mind her she's deactivated."

Jeremy said as Evan went over to sit next to Cassidy, leaning his head on her shoulder. They looked close, and it reminded him of Freddy and himself. He nodded, sighing as he looked at the van ceiling, finally having time to himself with his thoughts.

…He went from a beloved performer that people loved to visit to a decommissioned animatronic traveling with some smaller variants of the crew, running away from a random rabbit lady. He wonders how he has gotten this far, rubbing his good eye as he pondered. He hasn't even processed the fact that his whole life was gone, his friends were gone- everything was gone, and now he didn't want to think about it in case he broke down, not wanting to seem vulnerable in front of the children. He exhaled, titling his head to the side and closing his eyes.

Maybe he could rest a bit…

BANG!

Bonnie quickly sat up, everyone looking out the window in curiosity, whispering to one another. Bonnie gently moved the kids aside, hopping to the front passenger seat and telling the little ones to sit down. He rolled the window down and looked out, his eyes squinting as he just saw a blur of a weapon.

BANG!

Well putting your head out was a stupid idea, Bonnie concluded. Luckily he dodged in time, no injuries made. Behind them were a car that had two people, both in rabbit masks similar to the white rabbit lady. One drove while the other looked out the window, cocking their shotgun as they aimed.

Bonnie's eyes widened, quickly putting his head back in and looking at the two hunters.

"Fritz, Susie, I need you to step on it right now"
