Summary
When Yoicha Kira was four she was made an orphan when her mother died from an illness. She bounced from house to house over the years till she ended up in Washington DC. Having just settled in a group home, she decided to familiar herself with her new surroundings. It was good until she came across a ghost. A ghost of a dead petty officer. Here's what nobody knows, She's a ghost whisperer, she can see and talk to the dead. While growing up she was able to send lost souls to the light, to move on. Back on point, she ends up getting entangled in the case while trying to get the ghost to move on. But it ends up turning into a rabbit hole of conspiracies.
