In Ari’s room at the Rosemary Residence, Thursday May 31st 2035, 7:39am…
“ARI I GOT THE CAR WORKING!” Elio yells from downstairs as Ari finishes loading her backpack at her desk. “WE GOTTA GO BEFORE WE RISK BEING LATE!”
“COMING DAD!” Ari says as she zips her backpack and rushes downstairs. After she reaches the bottom, she notices a picture frame and takes a moment to admire it. It was of her with her cousins at the Lucky Cat, along with Cass, her parents, Rachel, Baymax and her dear brother Hiro; who was the reason she not only had her life back, but also friends and a bigger family. She warmly smiles, noting that she’d never be able to show her brother and aunt how much she loved them. “ARI! WE’RE WASTING GAS!” Her dad yells from the car.
“Oh.” Ari mutters feeling guilty for keeping her family waiting as she sets the photo back on the credenza as she rushes out. “COMING!” She says as she heads out, the photo making her even more grateful for Hiro being in her life.
