Summary
Bruce has heard whispers from the Gotham criminal scene that something mysterious and dangerous was going to happen soon, something so important that many of the rogues were involved. The event all revolved around the date of December 4th. Bruce, after failing to find any information on what the meeting is, decides to infiltrate the very event with his persona of Matches Malone.
Or, I wanted to write a Riddlebird wedding and decided to sprinkle in a bit of a plot.
