Summary
Phoebe Loggins is a woman with a heart for everyone. As unlucky as she might be, she tromps through her struggles with a smile and a joke for everyone around her. It doesn't matter what the dangers might be or who they're aimed towards; if she sees it, she's stepping in front of it to protect those around her.
