   Summary

   To say Frank was pissed was an understatement.
   You see, Frank was just about to chase up some drug smuggling ring he’d been watching; the real nasty kind, the ‘sells crack-cocaine to teenagers’ kind of drug ring, when all of a sudden some little punk in pyjamas came in head first, to just royally fuck over everything Frank had planned.
   ------

   Frank was the first to notice the kid.
   Safe to say him and none of the other New York vigilantes were thrilled that a 13 year old was joining them.

   Some of the New York vigilantes try getting rookie vigilante Peter Parker to quit being Spider-Man, whether it be through fear tactics or straight up bullying. (Spoiler alert, it didn’t work)
