Hawks, unknown to the Bird himself, mentally de-ages one day after a traumatizing mission where he had to go to a crime scene by himself.
He flies, lands on a roof, not realizing it's Dabi's apartment, and the Fire User helps and soothes the stressed Hero.
Keigo learns it's ok to regress, starts living with Dabi, and calls the Fire User Papa when mentally a kid.

Ch 11. Dabi is allowed to just walk around? Called Aizawa and got Hawks transferred to his agency. Endeavor wants Dabi arrested and Hawks disciplined, but Aizawa threatened to open a case for his abuse of Shouto. The public found out about his regression and Endeavor is threatening Hawks over it
