Summary
After defecting from the RDA, Rue finds herself under surveillance at the Na'vi's High Camp with Lo'ak assigned as her guard. He's supposed to determine if she's trustworthy. Instead, over shared music, hand games with children, and late-night conversations, he finds himself falling for the one person who sees his mixed heritage as something to celebrate rather than tolerate.
