Summary
In a future world too much and too little like our own, it's virtually open season on women, sexually. And why not? The crime of rape virtually never leads to violence, putting it on the back burner of police concerns. Until something changes.
Someone is hunting women and using men to do it. No one should feel safe, not even the hunter. Out there exists the girl that lurks - waiting, playing out her angry, twisted fantasy by rules only she understands with mind tools only she wields. She has many prey in her sights, male and female, but some of them know she's out there, and they'll hesitate at nothing to stop her and anyone around her.
