Summary:

Alex had never been to a Valentine's ball but with Pez and June hosting, it was going to be straight out of a dream. No Hallmark gimmicks.

Henry gets a preview of his outfit.

Work Text:

Alex twirled in the bedroom mirror. He was delighted with his costume. White feathered wings protruded from his back, white leather straps layered over a white mesh t-shirt that was the right amount of tight over his chest. White jeans that had pink heart patches on the ass. And to finish off, a bow and arrow he'd spray painted pink. 

He'd never been to a Valentine's ball but with Pez and June hosting, it was going to be straight out of a dream. No Hallmark gimmicks. Profits going to the shelters and a queer library outreach fund, it was all for a good cause regardless. 

'Oh Jesus Christ...' 

Alex turned to see Henry walking in, hair ruffled from the wind outside, already holding a warm cup of tea. Alex grinned proudly, pinging back his bow. 

'I think you'll be stealing hearts with that outfit, darling.' 

'Oh yeah?' Alex turns back to the mirror, preening himself. He sees Henry in the reflection biting his lip as his eyes flutter down to his ass. 

'Those jeans do fit delightfully well, don't they?' 

Alex wiggles his eyebrows, reversing back to Henry, ass first. 

'It's all yours, baby.'

Henry's hand hovers for a second before he holds it up, takes a sip of his tea and backs away. Alex turns and pouts at him. 

'I will be late for my next meeting. I don't want to explain why.' 

'Your fiance makes the sexiest Cupid of all time? Perfectly normal explanation.' 

Henry looks at him, his eyes dragging up his body. Undressing him. Now Alex is the one biting his lip. Henry leans in, kisses behind Alex's ear delicately. 

'Later,' he whispers, making Alex shiver.
