   Summary

   On the journey to the Pass of Caradhras, each member of the fellowship reaches their own limits. Pippin tries to make the best of their fate.
   However, when Gandalf disappears on a particularly dark night and everything seems hopeless, Pippin makes a decision that changes the whole story of the mission.

   This is my very first fanfic on ao3, so please be nice. I originally wrote it for a friend of mine two years ago. Maybe the motivation will hit me again to finish this up lol (I'm currently at 14k words).
