Summary
The only thing Armin wanted in the entire world was to sit next to Eren, hold his hand, calm him with his scent as he went through one of the worst things imaginable. But Eren had decided it would be easier to do it alone. He had told Armin to stop annoying him, to leave him alone. That he didn’t need a mate anyway. And so Armin had gone.
Or: Eren broke Armin's heart long ago, but you only get one true mate, and Armin just can't seem to move on. When Eren comes back into his life, he makes it almost impossible for Armin to even try.
