Victoria Javadi was so fucked.
She had woken up at morning humming and well rested. She had arrived perfectly on schedule and the ER had been peaceful and it had been a slow day. Basically everything was perfect. And then Dr. Robby had called her. Saying that Gloria Underwood wanted to see her.
She was now pacing in front of Gloria's office. Running scenarios in her head and what to do after she was fired.
"Come in."
Hearing her impending doom, Victoria swiftly opened the office door and stepped inside.
"Hello Victoria."
"Good Morning, Mrs. Underwood! You um-wanted to see me?"
"Take a seat."
After she sat down nervously, Gloria turned the computer screen on her desk to face Victoria.
It was Victoria's TikTok page.
"I stumbled across your account. You have quiet the influence online."
"Oh um Yes! I made the account to uh.. log my studies? but it blew up so i use it to teach basic emergency first aid and stuff. Is it um.. a problem...?"
She rambled, beating up her past self for posting her face so openly on TikTok.
"Not at all. Actually, it's quite a good thing. I assume you've never posted about the ER center?"
"Of course not! I know it's strictly against to film anything outside of work in the ER! It could go against the patient privacy policy!"
"Yes. You're very responsible Victoria. But i was thinking about posting the ER actually."
"Posting the ER...?"
"Yes. I think everyone knows by now that our patient satisfaction scores are...not ideal. The people don't understand how the ER works. But we could change that."
"I could post about how the ER works?"
"Precisely. With some of the patients consent and the ER members, we could show how it works around here. How hardworking the people are.
"Of course! I would love to!"
"I'm glad you agreed. I will inform Dr. Robinavitch of our agreement and make a form for our consenting patients. In the meanwhile, if you can post about how the ER works or the doctors, It would be great."
"Sure! I'll ask around the doctors!"
Exiting the office, She could finally breath. First of all- she wasn't in any trouble. She wasn't gonna get fired, she's going to stay here. Secondly, Gloria had asked Victoria to help out. With her TikTok page. Which means that she's probably made a good image on her.
Victoria happily walked in to the elevator leading down the the ER with a big smile on her face as she pulled out her phone to make a list of doctors to interview.
The very next day- she was going to make the Pittsburgh Emergency Room viral.
