[Podfic] As You’ve Always been by Vesna (mrsronweasley)

Summary:

"Lan Zhan? What are you doing here?"

Wei Ying squints in the darkness at the figure approaching him, second-guessing himself for a moment before the figure steps out into the narrow pool of light that Wei Ying is casting with his phone, and sure enough: tall, clothed all in white, mouth set in a thin line, watching Wei Ying with judgmental eyes.

Great. Just great.

It's not that Wei Ying has anything against Lan Zhan—on the contrary. But they aren't exactly on the best terms these days, and Wei Ying needs this job. Lan Zhan getting in the way will just complicate matters.

Or, a spontaneous night hunt together leads to unexpected results.

My first podfic!! This was a labor of love (partly because there was a STEEP learning curve, but also because just as I got over my nerves to dive into this amazing new hobby, I got sick and my symptoms have L I N G E R E D). While it probably isn’t perfect, it IS perfectly inspired: thank you to Vesna for writing some amazing fics and giving blanket permission for podfics, and to all the amazing podfic-ers out there who inspired me to try this for myself.
