Jana: Which, let me tell ya, is honestly really out of character for him–
Bridget: Bitch, let me finish. At 3 AM Eastern, Shane Hollander announced his next album, titled–and I’m not even joking–LOVE OF MY LIFE
Jana: I could scream! This is the cutest shit I’ve ever seen. Oh. My. Fucking God.
Bridget: Now, this release was abnormal for a few reasons. First of all, 3 AM?
Jana: No, that part was honestly SO weird. Isn’t Shane like notorious for going to bed super early every night? I think I saw it on that Vogue video, and I’ve definitely watched that a few times.
Bridget: Ok, let’s come back to that. To me, I think the bigger issue is that he literally did it with no warning? Everybody knows that Shane leaves like a million easter eggs and hints before he drops an album release date, but this time there were like none??
Jana: I totally agree!! Normally I at least see speculation on Twitter or something, but this time there was literally nothing. So odd.
Bridget: Yesss. And then there’s also the thing about how he literally hasn’t done anything official in nearly a year, and his first time back is when he announces an album will be dropping in less than a month. Suspicious if you ask me.
Jana: To be honest, I really do think maybe he, like, bypassed his management or something to release this album? It’s just way more spontaneous than our king is usually known for.
Bridget: I could definitely see something like that happening. Maybe Mateo proposed or something like that? Hahaha, I just know this is going to be his sweetest album yet.
Jana: Now that’s one thing we can agree on.
