so is victor really still going to try this absolutely insane coach/skater thing this season?

If I had the ability to transfer one piece of knowledge to everyone on earth it would be the difference between professional and competitive figure skating ie they're not interchangeable people

How many more years do you think it will take to legalize the backflip again? #askingforafriend #justiceforsurya #legalizethebackflip

my toxic trait is watching figure skating and going "i bet i could do that" when i most definitely could not do that

Do you think they'll kiss on the ice again this season?

Figure skating is my favorite sport because it's the only one that involves knives

I'm going to be so real, I love figure skating but I cannot tell the difference between all the jumps

Does anyone know if there's a live stream of the presser today? Any excuse to hear my precious Phichit. 🥰

I can't wait to find out everyone's themes for the year, I need to know right now!

it's probably too early to start making olympics predictions, right?

I hate livestreams, they're so unreliable, I feel like I'm gonna die.

I'm just saying, imagine if Yuri Plisetski was allowed to do a backflip #justthinkaboutit #legalizethebackflip

UMMM WAIT VICTUURI CONFIRMED??? #VictuuriIsReal -
"I think we're all excited for Victor to come back. He's obviously a legend, but he's also been a friend ever since he and Yuuri got together. It will be amazing to have the opportunity to compete against both of them this season."

I'm going to cherish this day more than I will the birth of my first born child #VictuuriIsReal

brb i'm sobbing i cant believe that #victuuriisreal 😭😭😭

@ evry1 who said #victuuri shippers were crazy, how does it feel 2 be wrong abt evrything in life? #fuckingsuckit #victuuriisreal

Uggg we're never going to hear the end of this from the shippers, are we? #victuuriisreal

Figure skating fans explode with elation over rumored relationship between Victor Nikiforov (RU) and Yuuri Katsuki (JP)

Literally the least surprising announcement since Anderson Cooper #victuuriisreal

I haven't cared this much about figure skating since 1994 #victuuriisreal

I mean, I KNEW, but now I KNOW, you know? #victuuriisreal

All the people who insisted they weren't dating are suspiciously quiet now 🧐 #victuuriisreal

he probably just meant since victor started coaching yuuri, you guys know english isn't his first language, right? #victuuriisreal

Is it shipping if they're literally engaged?

ENGAGED?!?!?!?!? #what #victuuri #victuuriisreal

THE RINGS PEOPLE THE RINGS #victuuriisreal

Figure skaters Yuuri Katsuki (JP), Victor Nikiforov (RU) engaged, says competitor Phichit Chulanont (TH)

I know we're all excited about #victuuriisreal but… Did Phichit Chulanont just… out Yuuri Katsuki and Victor Nikiforov?

Is anyone ACTUALLY surprised? #vuctuuriisreal #lovewins

TOP 10 MOST ADORABLE VICTUURI MOMENTS — NUMBER 6 WILL MELT YOUR HEART

Isn't it like the tiniest bit homophobic that so many people thought they were gay just because they're male figure skaters?

I'm shocked at the number of people who are shocked. #victuuriisreal

I just have a problem with someone besides them confirming their relationship. Or is that literally just me? #victuuriisreal

guys……. he kissed his skates……… we done been knew #victuuriisreal

Idk why we're out here spreading rumors when neither Victor or Yuuri have ever mentioned their relationship publicly #victuuriisreal #exceptitsnotuntiltheysayso

But they wear their rings on their right hands? #victuuriisreal

there are a lot of reasons they could have chosen not to say anything. they deserve their privacy if that's what they want. #victuuriisreal

nah what Chulanont said is fucked can't convince me otherwise #victuuriisreal

Phichit had no right to announce Victor's and Yuuri's engagement like that tbh Kinda lost some respect for him ngl

we don't even know if they actually kissed. there's never been an angle of film that definitively showed their lips touching.

Uh oh that's a lot if notifs to open twitter to first thing #whathappened #imscared

OH NO 😱

No no nononono

Is it time to delete twitter? Is that what's happening now? I social media'd too close to the sun?

I don't even go here but I'm happy (?) for all the figure skating fans having the best day of their lives (?) #victuuriisreal #idontknowwhoeitherofthesemenare

this is the stupidest """drama""" ive ever encountered is2g im losing brain cells by the second #victuuriisreal

Wait but for real tho I'm not even the 1st person to mention them dating??? Didn't Chris say something like two months ago??

He DID!

"You know, I've asked them if they're looking to add a third to their relationship, but can you believe they turned me down? I meant their coaching arrangement, obviously! Minds out of the gutter, my friends!"

I feel like I'm being gaslit #victuuriisreal and anyone with eyes should have already known that

You know what, while we're legalizing the backflip, let's also allow same sex pairs in pairs skating. As a treat. #victuuriisreal #legalizethebackflip

Guys he's their friend. He wouldn't out them on purpose. #victuuriisreal #someonesavephichit

I don't even hang with them and I still knew they were a thing.

I WASN'T 😭 Someone help, I need an adult

If they were trying to keep it a secret, they weren't doing a very good job 😘

i'm gonna need either victor or yuuri to comment on this soon just for my own damn peace of mind

#victuuriisreal FOR REAL asdfghjkl 🥲

When do we think the wedding is going to be? And where? #VictuuriIsReal #VictuuriWedding

Victor Nikiforov makes first public statement on relationship with Yuuri Katsuki, defends Phichit Chulanont

I feel horrible for Phichit, this whole situation must suck for him. I hope he logs off for a while and just cuddles his hamsters.

i don't have anything to add to the convo but i need everyone to know that i'm keeping guang-hong updated and he's posting everything on his weibo #nowallofchinaknows

does anyone else think it's a little weird that the statement wasn't signed by Yuuri, too? #VictuuriIsReal

I'm honestly so happy for them. I know we were all joking about them being a thing but knowing that they actually are is almost surreal. #VictuuriIsReal

I WISH they would keep it a secret, they're so gross

Yuri Plisetski blocked me 😞

Still waiting for Yuuri to make a statement…

I still think it's suspicious that Yuuri hasn't said ANYTHING and the statement wasn't signed by him, only Victor.

That feeling when your rink mates are causing an international scandal but it's still just business as usual lol

Still nothing from Yuuri directly, just Victor's statement. Thoughts?

#VictuuriIsReal — Everything you should know about the trending hashtag and what it means for LGBT+ representation in sports

if he really meant it then why not make another statement to clear things up?

I don't know why I'm being tagged over this, this has nothing to do with me.

I feel like Victor's statement read a little flat like maybe he didn't actually mean it but was just trying to save face and that's why Yuuri hasn't said anything

@mila_babicheva Are they at the rink? Can you PLEASE ask them to do SOMETHING so I can stop swimming in mentions?

I think Yuuri's upset because why else would he not say something?

I stand corrected, THIS is the stupidest internet drama I've ever seen #getmeoutofhere #leaveeveryonealone #takehimathisword #victuuriisreal

Phitchit and Yuuri being friends and Yuuri being upset/mad at Phichit can both be true. Friends are allowed to have negative emotions about one another, especially if one does something to hurt the other. #VictuuriIsReal

Why is this still happening?? I'm a good person!! 😭😭😭

Loving how everyone just decided that Victor's statement wasn't up to their standards and invented a narrative to fit that #takehimathisword #victuuriisreal

I! DON'T! CARE! STOP! TAGGING! ME! LEAVE! ME! ALONE!

I didn't think I needed to say anything.
