    Over a tenday has passed since the Holy City of Elturel was reduced to nothing more than a hole in the ground. Refugees from the once mighty nation flooded to Baldur's Gate, spreading fears that this city might be next. The Flaming Fist's Captain Zodge has been arresting members of the Hellriders of Elturgard on sight, believing them to be the responsible party, but this has left the city vulnerable to other forms of attack. The Cult of the Dead Three has taken the opportunity to commit murder sprees across the city, leadign to four adventurers to be called in to assist with this problem, and later to instigate Elturel's descent into Avernus.
