mr hurricane & diner guy

Summary:

Six months after the events of The Nice Guys, life's going pretty smoothly for both Holland March and Jackson Healy. Going to work, solving cases, pissing a lot of people off, but hey, no one got hurt.

Until one night, Healy drives March home. The sweet, undeniable tension between them finally pops.

"I said I'm serious 'bout takin' you to dinner." Healy says. "You got anywhere you wanna go?"

March exhales. He takes a step back. Looks around, then back at Healy. He smiles.

"Heyyy, aren't you that diner guy?"

Notes:

hi it's your favourite misinformation merchant! if you're here from twitter and i managed to bluff you about this being a scrapped post credit scene, my bad LOL. i sure wish it was.

a few things i wanna say:

1. i'm a screenwriter. i thought i'd be fun to write a fanfic in this format because it's also what i do for work, and shit bro i really enjoyed it! there are some things that definitely differ from how i'd usually write a script (for example, we're not supposed to include too much detail in the scene descriptions or dialogue accents so the director and actors have more space to work) but since we know exactly who these blorbos are i took the liberty of just transcribing exactly what and how i think they'd say the lines :>>

2. it is of paramount importance to me that you know the character Tracksuit Friend is played by Adam Driver.

alright enjoy! <3
