After his trials, Malfoy spent time abroad. After his return, he became the ambassador for Britain to (insert country here). Harry really loves to remind him that he works for Dick Dickinson in DICK (Department for International Cooperation and Knowledgeableness). Malfoy really likes to pretend it pisses him off. Obviously Malfoy has a lot of Dick in his life, but maybe he could handle just one more.
