The drifts tinged with red as they pushed through, flurries overhead turning into a full storm. He also realized, when they paused by a stand of half-buried pines and he took a moment to gauge the direction of the fading light, that they had been trekking in the opposite direction of the exfil point.
Soap gets injured on a mission that goes awry, forcing Ghost out of his comfort zone and into the role of caretaker.
