Summary
There's this artist traveling all across Hyrule. They make beautiful murals. Revali is enamored, in part with the artist behind them. Because they are a mystery. Wraped in a snarky but friendly attitude, hidden behind a mask. They laugh with him, give him chances to talk about how overwhelming everything is. They understand him. Everything they make feels like it speaks to him or the people in his life.
Then there's the ever silent Link. Who can't even appreciate art.
(Little does Revali know, his mystery artist is a knight trying to find an outlet for all the things he can't say during working hours)

The day before he fought Ganon the first time, he’d visited all the people he’d come to know and all the Champions waiting for release. He had thought it would be the last time he’d ever see them. He’d even made peace with it.
Now, that yesterday is nearing a month ago for Link, and he is so tired.
“I did,” he says. “I went. Fought Ganon.”
“— Did you have to retreat?”
“…Didn’t fight it today. Five days ago. And ten. But also today.”
Link defeats the Calamity. And then he faces it again and again and again and again—

The sword that he carried, hidden away in its sheath, beckoned to Revali. The handle glinted softly in the moonlight. He had to tear his eyes away before he grabbed it and threw it off the balcony.
“I don’t like you,” Revali told Link. It would never be said that he was one for subtlety. Link blinked at him. “It should be you, fighting at my side. Not the other way around.”

Summary
Trapped in the Beasts, waiting for Link to free them, the Champions remember the Hero. Well, three do: Revali remembers Link, the silent knight who can't take care of himself and who, somehow, irritatingly, became a constant in his life.
As Link works to fulfill the Princess' commands, he tries to order the memories that press on him, inconsistent and confusing. But there's one voice that remains steady (if annoying), and in Rito Village, he finds the place that doesn't make demands of Hylia's Hero.
(Or, getting Link to the fight with the Calamity in one piece and then making sure he stays in one piece after. And eat. And sleep. And possibly have him and a certain [the best] Rito Warrior acknowledge *feelings*)

Sokka's determination to ignore hot parents is waning more and more as he gets to know the single dad of the new kid.
