Summary
Midoriya Izuku never cared for Quirkist people. They discriminated based off Quirks. It was worse when he was less-than due to his lack of one.
So, when his idol tells him he can’t be a hero, he takes a different path.
Tsukauchi needed a raise after dealing with this. Eraserhead had a Problem Child. Nezu laughed in the background.
Who knew a Quirkless kid could do this much?

“But… You’re right, Hisashi,” a green haired woman, Inko, said, frowning. Her slightly plump body was slumped over the table.
“Let’s try a spell for good luck?” He asked. Inko nodded and grabbed their equipment for speed casting and they hoped that they could get this to work one last time.
A baby frowned, eyes widening. His slightly gray complexion melting into his horns that faded into black at the tips. His small wings stretched out as he reached for the figure in front of him.
Their smirk comforted the baby, and they reached for the figure. Their dark wings wrapped around the boy, and they rested their head again, feeling a warmth appear around his neck.
“I’m sorry, my son, but I have to for you. I love you. Always.”
And the baby vanished in a cloud of dust, along with a note and supplies.
Or: Midoriya Izuku is a demon straight from Hell (not that there's anything straight about him) and becomes a vigilante, meets Hawks, and is unofficially adopted by several heroes.

Summary
Izuku is known to everyone as Quirkless, but that’s a lie. He has an ‘invisible Quirk’, one that’s hard to detect. Most people who have one of these don’t know if they even have Quirks for the majority of their life. But Izuku?
He knows he’s too lucky. His Quirk is Luck. All the odds are in his favor. Did he remember to lock the door? Yeah, it’s locked! Lost your keys? Already put them back!
And so, needing to save others, Izuku becomes a vigilante. He escapes death one too many times with his extreme luck before Eraserhead is called on to the case!
OR:
Izuku’s way too lucky, Tsukauchi isn’t paid enough, and Dadzawa needs to relax.

Summary
Todoroki Shouto had been having a somewhat normal day. He’d been working on a shift that matched up with Izuku’s, and having married him, he decided to patrol with him.
Shouto didn’t know if that was a good decision or a bad decision, considering he got sent back in time after seeing Izuku die.
Now, he’s going to make sure Izuku’s safe and happy, despite his Quirklessness. Maybe he can have the same relationship with him again.
