Prequel to Way Less Sad. It first takes place three years before Way Less Sad. Pretty much just Char’s adventures with their mini-cons.
Char’s life was pretty normal for the most part. Though they were given a pretty good offer. Char took the offer and then found themself being brought into the Hoover Dam. Char was confused at first, but then curiosity struck them as they saw the giant being in front of them. The other people called the being NBE-1. Char never cared for that name, and wanted to know the being’s real name. Though those questions were shot down. Char and a few other employees were then brought into a room that had a small box in it.

“Run! Decepticon attack!,” I hear someone yell. I stiffen up, I then turn to make a run for it.
I was warned whenever I first moved here that there were attacks in this city almost everyday. I wish I had known this before I came here. I wish I had known everything before I came here. I had moved here to go to college. Luckily I got enough money from scholarships to be able to pay for all of my classes, but I didn’t have enough to pay for the dorms. I hated the thought of bothering my parents for help, especially after I moved out. I got lucky though, the place where I got a job at, the older couple had a small little house on the outskirts of the town that they rented out for students who needed it. I was very grateful. I just wished that everyone else I had met in this town was just as nice as them.Series

Riley just got back from his summer break, he wasn’t exactly ready for another year of constant studying, but then again, it would not be just him that is suffering. His older twin sister has joined him at Princeton. He is happy to help her with the upcoming school year, having already been through it, but he finds himself distracted. He notices how his sister also seems to be distracted. Riley then found out it was the same person they were distracted with, the only problem is, is that neither one of them is good with their emotions.
