Summary
On a night in Legend's era, safe within the boundaries of an unnamed town, the veteran finds himself unstable but unable to sleep.
He intended to just sleep off the concussion at best, or take a potion the next morning when they restocked on them at worse. He probably shouldn't have gone outside where he was easily seen while not at his best and without basically any of his items.

Summary
Link was eight when he met the spirit of the Master Sword.
Fi still remembered the last time too-small hands held her... She swore she would not let this one fail and die too. She would teach him to be an unstoppable force.
Only... maybe a traumatized sword who was taught that emotions were useless and that all dangers were to be eliminated wasn't the best option to raise a child told from a young age he would be tasked with protecting the goddesses bloodline.

"Obviously you've never fought a war," Warriors deadpanned. "Got any injuries?"
"No, for both, but still! Unholy amounts of enemies? Fine. I get it. But barely twenty? Against the nine of us? Goddesses, I could take out twenty alone on half my adventures within ten minutes!"
"Oh shut up," Wild snorted. "Yeah right."
Legend opened his mouth to retort only for not a sound to fall out. He sat up quickly as he heard Hyrule pipe up to side with him but that wasn't his worry.
Why couldn't he speak?

Summary
Wind was elated to be back on Outset. The problem? The last portal separated the group and he had to search the whole Great Sea to find them.
When he finds all of them but their veteran, he's questioning why he even worried and got into an argument with Tetra over finding them as soon as possible.
When they finally find Legend, Wind remembers that even heroes are not exempt from the cruelty of the sea and its inhabitants.

He tore the poster from the notice board and went to find the man whose image it held. He wanted to know exactly why Legend was wanted for serial murder, kidnapping, and several other crimes.

Summary
Though reluctant, Legend let himself be dragged by Warriors to a tavern in the captain's era.
He knew Warriors just wanted him to let loose and he knew that this was how soldiers let loose, they drank and lost their inhibitions in public places. It sounded like an awful idea to him, but Warriors was insistent on him actually taking some time off to relax...
He honestly only agreed because Warriors promised not to even get tipsy and to keep an eye on things, he promised he wouldn't bother Legend but that he would be there if needed.

Summary
"Why can't you ever just use a map! Follow the path!" Legend complained, Hyrule grinning in front of him.
"Why would I even bother? It's so much more fun to not! I make my paths," Hyrule declared as he laughed.
Legend covered his eyes with a hand. "You’re exhausting. "I'm the Traveler and I choose my own paths! No map can tell me what to do!"" He mocked.
Hyrule just laughed at him.
... Legend wasn't laughing anymore.

Summary
Legend had sworn a long time ago he would never take a life, not one if he could help it, and that applied to everything. Be it monsters or people, he would not take a life unless they were a willing, purposeful danger unto others.
Between brainwashed knights and a kind dodongo, he didn't kill those who looked like what would kill him, then between a lute-playing musician who just wanted to help and a young queen trying to save her kingdom, he didn't kill those who initially come off as dangers or threats.
AKA Legend is a bit too kind for a world out to kill him.

Summary
Legend loved music, goddesses, half his adventures revolved around music and he loved it. Was he surprised that Time turned to him, the veteran who also knew music, and confided in him his musical back-up plan? A little, but he understood taking precautions.
He was more surprised when that precaution paid off, but its a good thing Nayru owed him one.

Summary
Legend had one job the second time he was dragged on a quest that involved time travel and ancestors, and the second time a quest involved meeting other heroes: Don't get attached.
Thankfully, the other heroes seemed to believe the mask he wore, and most of them didn't bother with him as a result except to argue, especially Twilight and Warriors. Now, if only someone could tell the kid behind the mask to stop reaching out to the brothers he lost after Hytopia, that would be great.
And if they could stop the pouring, frigid rain so Legend wouldn't get even sicker, that would also be great.

Summary
Legend wasn't actively hiding his pedigree from the other heroes... but he was avoiding telling them that he was a prince as long as he could. Of course, he knew it wouldn't stay secret forever, but he would put it off to avoid the eventual betrayal from the knights in the group.
Finally, that not-quite-hidden secret came to light when Legend took the other heroes to Hyrule Castle. At least the reveal itself had been amusing, it's aftermath? Not so much.

The problem came when someone from Legend's past noticed their presence and was quick to capitalize on it and their standing injuries.

Summary
Most Sheikah swore fealty to the goddess, and eventually the royal family, from an early age. Those who trained to be in service of either would have an official ceremony where they swore to give their lives to serve the goddess and protect her bloodline.
This was the duty that Legend had, but that duty had nothing to do with the decision he made.
