Summary
Resigned, Bakugo reached for the door handle, cracking it open just enough to let the freezing wind blast him in the face. It felt like the universe’s finishing touch, a perfect little fuck you to round out his day.
Kirishima crouched down to eye level, snow clinging to his hair and scarf. “Bakugo?” he called, his voice annoyingly bright despite the blizzard. “Holy crap, man, it is you! What are you doing out here?”
Bakugo groaned, leaning back in his seat. “Freezing to death,” he grumbled, “but don’t let me interrupt your reunion tour.”
Kirishima’s grin widened, his teeth practically sparkling. “Good to see you too, man.”
— or the one with small hometowns and childhood sweethearts.

Summary
“I’m just tired.” Kirishima admitted, his voice breaking slightly. “They’ve been asking me about it all the time.”
Bakugo’s chest ached, the sight of Kirishima so defeated making his heart twist painfully. The words left his mouth before he could stop them.
“So take me.” he said.
Kirishima’s head snapped up, his eyes wide. “What?”
“You heard me.” Bakugo muttered, suddenly feeling self-conscious. He looked away, scratching the back of his neck. “If it’ll shut ‘em up, I’ll go with you. Say we’re… I dunno. Whatever they wanna hear.”
— or the one with two idiots in love, pretending that they are dating.

Summary
Katsuki leaned against the wall of his apartment, one shoulder pressed to the plaster while the phone stayed pinned between his ear and his hand. The other hand curled at his side as his mother’s voice carried through the line, the way it always was when she had already decided how a conversation would end.
“Don’t even try it, Katsuki. I know you’ll come up with some lame excuse about being too busy, but your dad already booked the cabin, and we’re not canceling. Just bring Eijirou and get your asses up here.”
He sighed loudly, because of course she didn’t know they weren't together anymore.
Why would she?
— or the one where they get stuck in a cabin during a snowstorm.
