Summary
In one universe, Ace refuses to even consider the proposal of being a Warlord.
In another one, Portgas D Ace agrees to the offer but under certain conditions. It still lands him on an execution stand but without the threat of a Yonko's crew. Luckily, he still has a dumbass brother who stages a jailbreak.
After all, no matter the universe, Monkey D Luffy is not letting go of his brother. Even if he decided to become a Warlord for some stupid reason.

Summary
When Sabo first meets Monkey D Luffy, the operation to Dressrosa has gone to shit and he is completely out of options. Desperate, he decides to put his trust in the infamous captain, not realising just what this might unleash. He gains a Devil Fruit and a heavy legacy in exchange and while everyone expects him to chase after the potential power, Sabo finds himself gravitating towards a more familial connection.
AKA The one where Sabo never gains his memories back.
Not that he needed them the first time around when he exchanges sake with two other boys. He certainly doesn't need his memories to start worrying over a boy that should actually be his Boss' responsibility.
