Summary
Cloud Strife has dealt with time travel before. That part isn’t new. But waking up in a world where people won’t stop acting weird around him, And is doing too much on perfume? That’s a first.
Fine. Whatever. He’s got bigger problems. Shinra’s still a disaster, the world’s still on fire, and apparently, he’s got to clean it up again. If only people would stop looking at him like he’s some kind of walking wet dream.
(Or: Cloud is the most Alpha of Alphas, but he has absolutely no idea what an ABO dynamic even is.)

Summary
Cloud Strife has been through a lot. Monsters, madmen, time travel (probably). But getting yeeted into a world where soulmates are real and colors only exist once you meet them? That’s new.
Now, he’s stuck with a dramatic red-coated SOLDIER who won’t stop quoting loveless and insists they’re bound by fate. Worse, the world is too bright, and the smug bastard has the audacity to look at him like he hung the stars. Cloud just wants to find Aerith, get answers, and maybe not deal with this soulmate nonsense
Genesis Rhapsodos, meanwhile, has waited years for their final soulmate to appear. only for him to be a battle-worn blond who doesn’t even believe in soulmates
Unacceptable. But Genesis is nothing if not determined. If Cloud thinks he can outrun fate, he’s got another thing coming
(And really, how long can he stay in denial when he hasn’t even met the rest of their bond yet?)

Summary
When Cloud woke up as a newborn—long after the events of Advent Day—all he could do was wail at the sheer misfortune of it all. He had survived Sephiroth (multiple times), Meteorfall, and even the Lifestream, only to end up here: tiny, helpless, and wrapped in the softest blankets of his entire lifetime.
Then, through bleary newborn eyes, he saw her. His mother. Alive.
Well. Holding him with warmth and exhaustion.
That alone was enough to shock him into silence.
And then she turned and handed him over to a man she lovingly called Dear. Cloud braced himself. Surely, it would be someone kind. Someone he could trust. Someone who wouldn’t ruin his entire existence.
Instead, he found himself cradled in the arms of Fucking President Shinra.
