His glasses are still perched on his nose, his eyes shut tight—for someone that doesn’t need sleep he sure can knock out fast. Though, it’s endearing how Clark makes it look so easy to be vulnerable. So easy to love.

“We’ve already crossed that line.” Clark flickers down to Bruce's lips and then back up.
“Please, Bruce, let me be good for you,” Clark’s words are like honey. Dripping with temptation and Bruce finds himself a victim stuck in it. “I can prove you wrong, let me show you how much I want you.”
Or, Bruce makes the mistake in letting his strings get tangled up with someone just as unrelenting as him.

Summary
Clark had some sort of possessiveness that extended far beyond a human’s. It was a juxtaposition of his superhero personality—that underneath his suit, cape, and glasses, was a man that held such desires that even Bruce hasn’t chipped away at its surface yet.
Bruce never said anything about it—never brought it up, never discussed how these behaviors could easily cross the line—because maybe it was a certain greed he had that made his heart beat a tick faster. How he got the world’s indestructible man to his knees wrapped around his finger and listened to every beck and call.
Or, 5 times + 1 where Clark’s possessiveness got to him (not that Bruce is complaining about it).

“Is it?” Clark leans in closer, his scent intoxicating. Warm vanilla, a hint of sunlight, the fresh blades of grass on his parent’s farm, and sweet honey that’s entrapping him further.
“Is it so wrong to want you?” He whispers softly and Bruce breaks.
