When the Angel Invasion started, Alex Rider knew it was a matter of time before he was drawn into it. When Alan Blunt gave him the “choice” of being transferred to NERV, Alex knew he had none.
As Alex fights Angel after Angel, and Commander Ikari sets traps for all of his friends, allies, and enemies, Alex realizes something horrifying. His entire life has dedicated entirely to one goal: grooming him into a Living Weapon, and to do so, his humanity will be stripped away.
And there is no escape, no alternative, no running away.
It took very little for Shinji Ikari to fall in love with the newest EVA pilot. Alex was the only person to show his unconditional empathy and kindness outside of being an EVA pilot, far more than enough to capture Shinji’s heart.
But as Alex’s transformation into the Living Weapon progresses, and he becomes utterly inhuman, will Shinji’s love be enough to bring him back? Or will he be content to love a husk?Note: this is still under development, tags and chapters will be updated, though major triggers are covered
