Summary
Ever since his return from Nod Krai, Lohen has carried a question he can no longer outrun: if the parts of himself he values most are also the ones that make him unworthy of freedom, what remains when even those begin to fail?
Seeking answers he does not expect to find, he returns to Mondstadt's cathedral for the first time in years—only to discover that some prayers are heard long before they are answered.

Summary
Kaeya had always considered himself rather talented at holding his liquor. Varka had a reputation to uphold, and two unsuspecting travelers were about to learn that becoming Grand Master apparently involved surviving the most brutal trial imaginable: a drinking contest.
Kaeya would have been perfectly happy to leave it at that. Unfortunately, strange things have been happening around Mondstadt, and the longer he spends looking, the harder it becomes to ignore them.
Especially when Diluc seems determined to keep him away from whatever is going on.
With the Abyss growing bolder and Mondstadt preparing to celebrate, Kaeya is about to discover that some things are much easier to laugh about when you don't know the truth.
