When Wriothesley manages to convince Neuvillette to come and track a case with him, they encounter Varka. Varka invites both of them to the Flagship and they accept. Flins enters and decides to join them. Whilst drinking Varka takes a bet against Wriothesley to see who can drink more. Once they are eventually both to drunk to even think, Flins and Neuvillette carry them to a room. When they eventually both sober up, Flins and Neuvillette decide give them a punishment by restraining them both in a room together. Whilst Neuvillette and Flins move to another room to explore each other, Varka and Wriothesley can only hear the moans coming from another room.

Varka's chest stutters. With your head to his collar, you feel the gentle hitch of breath. It's the one second of serenity he gives you before his hands tighten around your ass. You know what this means; your legs wind around his waist in turn as he stands, a swift motion that leaves you lightheaded. He carries you like you're light as a feather, taking the few steps back to the cot.
There, he sets you down, back flat on the bed. The tips of your fingers tremble in anticipation as he looms over you, knees braced around your hips, arms caging you between the expanse of his shoulders. His hair, still bound in a tail, falls over the curve of his neck; his eyes, stormy but hot, stare down at you with what you recognize as a promise.
"You've been missing me, hon?" His voice, husky and low, makes you shiver. When you nod, he huffs a laugh. "I know. I've been missing you too."
Life on the expedition been's stressful. When a storm rolls in, keeping the knights in place, you get to spend a night with the man you've been wanting for far too long.

“Hello… star-pupiled child. My old friend must have told you to come to me as a last resort.” the woman said as she smiled so gently. “Do not worry. I’ll grant your deepest wish and I hope this would be enough to change the outcome of this… dreadful war.”
He felt her hands cradling his face in a motherly manner and he closed his eyes. The last thing he remembered was a soft touch on his forehead and the cool and yet comfortable wind surrounding him in an embrace.
