Spoilers for "The King's Man"
After getting shot in the trench Conrad is sent to a medics' tent far from the front lines. There is a miscommunication and Conrad is reported to be dead. Archie feels partly responsible for Conrad's death and decides to join his friends back on the front lines, but on the way he runs into the last person in the world he expected to meet. (A fix-it fic where Conrad lives and recruits Archie to fulfill his father's mission.)
