The water pooling beneath you does little to distract you from the ceaseless chattering. Any cold sensation a real person would have felt is dulled by artificial, encoded responses responsible for chemical reactions underneath the wires being overwritten a few too many times by God. A real person would feel frostbite gnawing at their feet. You don’t feel anything.
Because you are not a real person.You are a program. A program meant to merge the Wired and the Not Yet Wired. Programs don’t feel cold. Programs do exactly as they are told.

A Gifted girl is just the beginning: the investigation spirals into uncovering children that never officially existed, government projects that even high-ranking officials don't know about, and a mysterious organization infiltrating every corner of a small neighborhood in suburban Shibuya all centering around a single girl.
