The Titans won the war. Olympus has been destroyed and Mount Othrys has been rebuilt.
At first, Percy thought that any being who went against the titans would be cast into Tartarus, killed, or just forced to cease to exist, but it seems like the Titans aren’t as merciless as Chiron made them out to be.
The gods, besides the few like Hestia, Hades, and Demeter who were allowed to live along side the titans, were cast into Tartarus like Zeus and the many others who were for spreading misinformation, and Chiron as well.
And the Titans choose to spare the demigods. Maybe Luke has convinced Kronos to let them live, or maybe Kronos wants them alive for some sick and twisted reason.
Or maybe fate has other plans with the side of Percy that he tries so desperately to forget.

Percy Jackson was sleeping in his room in Yunei Academy (school before Yancey Academy) for the last time at age 9, when he met a woman known as Hera while he was sleeping. She was the Goddess of Marriage, Family, Child Birth, Generations, Skies, The Earth And Heavens as well as the Goddess of the mind and psychic abilities. Queen of Olympus and wife of Zeus.
When asked why she was here she explained that she made Percy her champion, because of the few things she and the fates could agree upon was that dark times were coming, very dark at that. The fates saw Percy's future and after explaining to her she made Percy her champion to protect him later on.
She didn't realize at the time that when she made Percy her champion, his eyes would change and he would have special abilities with the change happening. The reason his eyes changed was because a certain goddess overheard what Hera and the fates were saying and blessed him with such powerful ocular abilities that it would change the great prophecy all together. That Goddess was the Titan Goddess of sight Theia.
