The only person who ever got an answer was Suo - he heard that Sakura has a sibling. Only that, so the one eyed boy didn’t know if they are blood related, step siblings, adoped, half or even if they are close. Sakura refused to elaborate and just ran away when Hayato tried to probe.

The young man’s excitement practically burst outward from him as he motioned towards the cage and shouted, “It’s a Soulmate Goose of Enforcement! I didn’t think I’d ever get to see something so spectacular!”
Again, the room fell silent. All eyes were upon the goose this time, however. The amazement in the air was palpable. After witnessing the impossible when it came to the attempted tests, they found themselves staring at what could only be an improbable truth. None was quite as shocked as Kaoru himself, though. His mouth was suddenly dry and it felt like there was a lump in his throat.
One of the other oni, an older gentleman with a receding hairline asked, “Where’d you get it? Is it yours, Kaoru?”
He shook his head. “No…”
The young oni tilted his head and asked, “Does it kinda… remind anyone else of Captain Masumi...?”
