Till was sure he was going crazy. There was no other explanation as to why he was seeing these weird ass numbers with the percentage sign above people's head.
It started god knows where. At first he thought he was hallucinating but who on earth just starts hallucinating numbers dangling above people's head. The numbers varied from a 20% in white above the cashier at the bakery near his college to the big bright 100% in pink above Ivan's head. None of this helped him determine what those numbers actually meant.

Summary
