Summary
The fire burned her skin, melting it between her fingers as she could only cry for the fate her son would have once she was no longer there to protect him from all the harm the Greens would do to him.
All her loved ones are either dead or betrayed her to save their own lives. Although she wanted to convince herself that she didn't blame them, she knew that if several decisions hadn't been made, she and her children would still be alive.
If there is something bigger than man, older than dragons, that will listen to her pleas to give him a second chance to do things right, to protect his cubs from the greed of man.
Or; Rhaenyra comes back to life after being killed by the Greens.

“We had not been sent word that a new septa was coming, Septa…?” Rhaenyra tilts her head curiously as she eyes him up and down.
“Septa Aemond, your grace. I have been sent by the High Septon himself to guide your children with the Faith of the Seven. I apologize on behalf of his holiness for not sending word to you sooner.”
Alicent’s hands fall to her sides while her eyes start to become glossy at his words. Rhaenyra herself coughs, hoping to break this awkward silence. Daemon himself hides his smile behind his palm, eyes lighting up with humor. The children seem not to care one bit, continuing to eat and babble to each other loudly. The queen regent blinks once, twice, and comes around the long table, meeting Aemond head-on. She takes his hand gently and holds it in her own, looking directly at him, through the veil.
“Then it is a pleasure on behalf of the royal family and House Targaryen to have such a Septa among us. Please, join us and break your fast with us… Septa Aemond.”Or... Alicent goes too far in Driftmark and Viserys gets fed up with her. Aemond gets caught in the crossfire after losing his eye to Lucerys Velaryon.

The hate gets suffocating after a time, threatens to choke her between the silks of her bed and let the meat from her bones rot until she is unrecognizable. Hating the Queen has made Rhaenyra into a different person, more dragon than girl, her skin turning from satin to scales. Hating her half-brother has made her into a tyrant, willing to kill a babe if it meant the threat of disinheritance would disappear.
But hating the Queen’s brother, it has made her so much worse.
