Summary
It has been 50 years since the Deitians, a group of intergalactic eugenic conquesters, had landed on the Earth with the goal of destroying all sentient life. No group or person alive could stop their destruction. All except the Technimals: a group of cybernetically modified humans with hearts and souls of gold, chosen by the Earth itself. Their crusade has created a stalemate against the Deitians, and a relative form of peace has been made.
Sunny Suzuki, a boy who is loathed by his hometown and all who live in it, has taken up arms to find any meaning he can in his short life. But an old friend returns to his life, and feelings begin to emerge again, whether they both want them to or not.

Summary
"What the hell is your problem?!" Kim was on her feet before Sunny could even blink. The booth screeched in protest as she shoved her way out. She closed the distance between them, her hands balling into fists.
"Are you blind, you freak?" Kim snarled, stepping into Sunny's space. She pulled her arm back, ready to strike.
He didn't flinch. He braced himself, waiting for the impact.
It never came.
A hand shot out, grabbing the sleeve of Kim's jacket and yanking her backward.

In an AU where the recital went well. Mari got into college, Sunny is never a shut-in and Aubrey is still a delinquent.
Through old memories, quiet moments and shared routines, the two of them start growing closer than either of them realizes.

Summary
It's only been one semester since Aubrey became a freshman. Aubrey doesn't really know Sunny Suzuki, Yeah sure he's in her class and is consistently participating, but he just likes to keep to himself.
Aubrey would've been fine with just leaving him alone as he wished but fate had different plans.
Sunny has no idea how to coordinate his College Hellscape but Fortunately, at least he's not struggling alone. Aubrey's here to struggle with him.

Summary
After a horrible accident that leaves Mari hospitalized, Sunny is berated and blamed by his father. Because of this, the young boy convinces himself that everyone he knows and loves will abandon him once they find out what happened.
Wracked with guilt, Sunny runs away from home, not knowing what the world had in store for him.
Will Sunny ever be forgiven? Could he ever forgive himself? What sort of adventure is in store for the young boy?
Will the world hate him? Will he ever be worthy of someone's love and trust again? Could he ever return home?
Life really isn't fair.
