The idea that Nasima would ever ‘fall in love’ with one of her clients was always absurd to her. This was a job, first and foremost. Admittedly, it was one she enjoyed and she’d made some good friends over the years, sure. But, to actually FALL for one of these idols? She’d always thought she was smarter than that.
She has contingency after contingency. She doesn’t even engage with her clients in a sexual manner like most others - she keeps her boundaries well maintained and it has served her well. If she doesn’t let these idols see the real HER then how can she lose her heart to any of them?
But, then she met them. BT - fucking - S.
And she was forced to realize that even the best laid plans could fall apart if the right amount of pressure is applied.
