The unmistakable sound of glass shattering fills the air as an escaped vial of viscous purple liquid is crushed underfoot, and for a moment his heart stops pounding. In fact, he swears it stops beating altogether.
“Oh shit, sorry mate!” Choi Yeonjun calls over his shoulder. All Soobin can do is watch helplessly as a semester's supply of Wolfsbane Potion trickles uselessly across the platform.
Ah, he thinks. So this year is going to be a disaster after all.
