Cuando Sans tiene un mal día el universo le recuerda, a diario, que siempre puede empeorar; especialmente cuando un niño humano aburrido tiene la capacidad de controlar el espacio tiempo. Sans esta solo -mientras sus viejos amigos están ocupados viviendo sus vidas por 2456 vez, incluyendo a su hermano que pasa la mayor parte del tiempo fuera de la casa-, nada nuevo. Buscando formas para mantenerse cuerdo en el bucle infinito que es su vida a causa del niño humano y la flor decide hacer una parada recreativa en el metro, más específicamente al único lugar donde la determinación del niño no puede afectar, el laboratorio escondido en lo más profundo de las entrañas de True Lab. Claro que mientras esta la maquina falla, y envía a Sans a. alguna parte.
Ahora atrapado en una Realidad alterna con todos sus conocidos como Mafiosos; Sans debe encontrar un camino de regreso a casa evadiendo a la policía corrupta, los metiches, las peleas de pandillas, las mujeres locas y un trio de hermanos muy interesados en conocer al nuevo esqueleto en la ciudad..
